A full Manicure consists of: File and shape nails, nail soak to soften and push back cuticles, trim back cuticles where necessary, relaxing hand and arm massage, base coat, 2 coats of polish, top coat. Paraffin Wax Manicure consists of full manicure plus therapeutic hand mask of warm Paraffin Wax to soften and smooth rough skin. Also helpful for easing aches and arthritic joints. Approx 50 mins.
A Mini Manicure consists of: File and shape nails, moisturise hands and paint the nails. Approx 20 mins

A Pedicure is a both a cosmetic and therapeutic treatment, helping to beautify the feet, maintain their health and promote general relaxation
A full Pedicure consists of: Foot soak in the foot spa, antibacterial foot wash and exfoliation, cut and file toe nails, soften and remove excess cuticle, file and smooth areas of hard skin, a relaxing foot and lower leg massage, paint toenails. Approx 50 mins.
Paraffin Wax Pedicure consists of full pedicure plus therapeutic foot mask of warm Paraffin Wax to soften and smooth rough skin. Also helpful for easing aches and arthritic joints. Approx 60 mins.
A Mini Pedicure consists of: Foot soak in foot spa, cut and file toenails, moisturise feet and paint the nails. Approx 25 mins.
